Leadership learning across three weeks
PSPA’s online Leadership Lab, led by Dr L. Savitha, was a paid 10-hour programme conducted over three weeks. It supported principals, emerging school leaders, vice-principals, coordinators and senior educators through reflection and practical exploration of leadership.
Three connected modules
Self as a leader
Leadership mindset, self-awareness and emotional intelligence, values, purpose and ethical leadership.
Leading people and culture
Communication and influence, team development, coaching and mentoring.
Leading change and transformation
Change management, decision-making, problem-solving, vision and strategy, and a personal leadership action plan.
Learning through practice
The brochure described reflective exercises, cases, role play, peer dialogue and practical tools. Digital handouts, reflection resources and a digital certificate were listed for this specific programme.
