Residential executive learning for school leaders
Step back from day-to-day school operations for three days of learning, reflection and professional dialogue at IIM Ranchi. The Strategic School Leadership Program connects personal mastery, academic leadership and organisational practice with the realities of leading a school.

Departure: 8 December 2026 after 5:00 PM
Programme fees
Single occupancy: INR 42,000 per participant
Twin sharing (double occupancy): INR 37,000 per participant
Twin sharing means two participants share a room.
An INR 3,000 early-bird discount is available for the first 25 confirmed payments, following application approval. Submitting an application alone does not secure the discount. PSPA confirms the applicable fee before payment.

Building on Cohort 01
PSPA’s first Strategic School Leadership Program with IIM Ranchi brought together 54 school leaders from 11 states for residential executive learning from 6–8 August 2026. The programme connected personal mastery, academic leadership and organisational practice through expert sessions, discussion and peer learning.

Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations made at least 30 days before the programme may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative charges. No refund applies for cancellation within 30 days of the programme start date. PSPA may reschedule or cancel due to unforeseen circumstances; participants will be informed and appropriate adjustments will be made. For requests, contact connect@pspa.org.in with your payment reference.

How applications work

- PSPA reviews your application and contacts you using the details provided.
- After approval, PSPA sends a Razorpay payment link by email or WhatsApp.
- PSPA confirms participation after verifying successful payment.
Submitting an application does not confirm a seat. Please make payment only through the invitation sent by PSPA.
