Website & programme terms

PSPA website use, programme registration, payment safety and eligible donations.

Policy review date: 17 October 2026

These terms cover the PSPA website and its general enquiry, application and participation processes. The specific arrangements disclosed for an event or programme form part of that registration. Please read them before applying or paying.

About PSPA

This website is operated by PSPA, PRIVATE SCHOOL PRINCIPALS ASSOCIATION (known publicly as PSPA), a non-profit society registered in Hyderabad, Telangana. Society Registration No. 268 of 2021, dated 6 March 2021, under the Telangana Societies Registration Act, 2001. Postal contact: Plot No. 47, SY No. 86, Richmond Park, Kondapur, Serilingampally, Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy, Telangana 500032, India. Contact: connect@pspa.org.in or Contact PSPA.

Applications, registrations and programme information

Provide accurate information and use an email address or phone number you are authorised to use. An enquiry, application form submission or expression of interest is not a confirmed place. Where application review is required, PSPA will communicate the outcome and payment instructions separately. Registration is confirmed only through the stated programme process.

Dates, format, venue, eligibility, fees, inclusions, faculty and certificate requirements are set out for the particular programme. Certificate entitlement, where offered, depends on the published participation or assessment conditions and the issuing institution. No general guarantee of admission, employment or professional outcome is made.

Archived event pages describe completed activities and do not invite current registration. An upcoming programme marked paused does not accept applications or payment until PSPA announces revised arrangements.

Programme communications and optional subscriptions

When you enquire, apply, register or participate, PSPA may send the communications needed to handle that request or deliver that programme, including application outcomes, joining instructions, payment or refund information and certificate arrangements. These are separate from optional promotional updates.

PSPA programme announcements, future-event invitations, newsletters and school-leadership updates are optional. On a programme, event or contact-detail confirmation form, select the separate, optional email subscription checkbox and submit the form to subscribe to PSPA marketing emails about future programmes, events and updates. The checkbox is not preselected. Email and WhatsApp choices are separate; a subscription to one channel does not authorise the other. Optional updates are not a condition of programme admission or participation.

Submitting a registration, accepting these website or programme terms, or visiting a page does not by itself subscribe you to promotional communications. Existing participant records without a recorded marketing choice are not automatically enrolled by this update. You can withdraw from optional emails through the unsubscribe link or contact connect@pspa.org.in; for optional WhatsApp updates, reply STOP or contact PSPA. See our Privacy policy for how subscription records and communication services are handled.

Subscribe to PSPA email updates. Joining is optional and email confirmation is required.

Fees and payments

Before payment, check the programme name, total amount, any applicable taxes, inclusions, payee and cancellation conditions. Use only the official payment route supplied by PSPA for the relevant registration. PSPA currently uses Razorpay payment pages or links; access to a payment link alone does not bypass an application-review requirement.

The payment provider’s terms govern its processing service. PSPA remains responsible for its own programme arrangements and refund decisions under the applicable programme terms. See Razorpay’s terms and Cancellation & refund policy.

Donations and Section 80G

Eligible donations to PSPA, PRIVATE SCHOOL PRINCIPALS ASSOCIATION (known publicly as PSPA) qualify for tax deduction under Section 80G, subject to applicable tax rules and the scope and validity of PSPA’s approval. PSPA’s supplied 80G UID is AAJAP2766JF2024101. Ask PSPA for the relevant approval and donation documentation before relying on a tax benefit.

Programme fees, event fees, sponsorship and other payments are not automatically charitable donations or eligible for an 80G deduction. Genuine donations are recorded separately. Where applicable, PSPA must collect the information needed for statutory donation reporting and provide the prescribed the applicable statutory donation certificate (Form 114 for tax year 2026–27, or Form 10BE for relevant earlier years) certificate. The deduction available to a donor depends on the applicable rules and the donor’s circumstances; no fixed percentage or tax outcome is promised.

Participation and responsible use

Respect other participants, faculty and organisers. Do not misuse the website, impersonate another person, interfere with its security, upload unlawful material or disclose another person’s confidential information without authority. Recording or redistributing a session or teaching material requires permission from the relevant rights holder.

If conduct affects safety, lawful operation or programme delivery, PSPA may take proportionate action under the programme’s disclosed participation rules. Any decision affecting participation or refunds remains subject to the relevant terms and applicable law.

Materials, photographs and third-party services

Website text, photographs, logos and programme resources belong to PSPA or their respective rights holders. You may refer to public pages for personal professional use, with appropriate attribution; further copying, publication or commercial use requires permission. An institutional logo or event collaboration does not imply endorsement of every PSPA activity.

Event photographs and recordings are addressed in Privacy policy. Contributions submitted for publication should be your own or appropriately authorised; publication and reuse arrangements will be agreed separately.

External forms, institutional websites and payment services have their own terms and privacy notices. Verify the destination before submitting information. Their involvement does not remove PSPA’s responsibilities for the information it controls.

Account and payment safety

Where an official PSPA service offers OTP verification or a password-protected account, keep your credentials private and use the official sign-in page. PSPA staff will never call or message to request an OTP, password, card CVV or UPI PIN. Do not approve a payment request merely because someone describes it as a refund. Report suspected impersonation or misuse immediately to connect@pspa.org.in.

Changes, complaints and applicable law

PSPA may update website information and these terms. Material changes affecting an existing booking will be communicated and handled under the terms accepted for that booking and applicable law. Website availability may occasionally be interrupted; contact PSPA if a technical issue prevents you from completing an authorised process.

For complaints or disputes, contact connect@pspa.org.in with the relevant programme and reference details so PSPA can investigate. These terms are governed by applicable Indian law. Nothing here excludes statutory rights, lawful remedies or liability that cannot be excluded under that law.

Read Privacy policy for personal-data handling and Cancellation & refund policy for cancellations and refunds.
